This page will inform you of the Terms and Conditions in accordance with which we provide the sale of products, services and packages listed on our website www.cocodry.co for you.
Please take some time to read these Terms and Conditions before ordering or purchasing any products or COCOpackages, online or in-store. By agreeing to order or purchase any of our products or packages, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes..
We are COCOdry, Malaysia’s first blow dry bar. Our company name is GO LIVELY SDN BHD (Company no. 1325779-P) having our main business service address at No. 73, Jalan Telawi, Bangsar, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO ORDER
The minimum age you must be to place an order, for either products, services or packages, on www.cocodry.co is 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you may only place an order provided that you have supervision and approval of a parent or guardian who is above 18.
3 .DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Our responsibility is to keep the information on www.cocodry.co valid and up-to-date with recent updates. Our website contains a large collection of general information of our products and services. On rare occasions, some of the information may include typographical faults, inaccuracy, omissions or any other limitation may arise on our website due to various human or technical errors (known or unknown). We assume no liability or responsibility for any such said errors above that may arise on our website. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained on our website, nor do we warrant that the use of this site will not be uninterrupted. We may make modifications and/or changes unto the website at any time without notice.
The Terms and Conditions stated here are our copyrighted intellectual property. The information and content on www.cocodry.co website shall not be used for any other purposes anywhere else. The logo, images, articles and descriptions may not be reproduced, republished, retransmitted, sold, modified or exploited in any way without the prior written permission from us. If any extract of the Terms and Conditions are used by any third party, it will be considered as a violation our intellectual property and such infringements may be subject to subsequent legal action based on the severity of the breach.
COCOdry is committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by our Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
7. TERMS OF SALE
7.1 Registration
(a) You must register with www.cocodry.co by creating an Account to place an order. The information you provide for registration must be accurate and true . From time to time, if necessary, you must keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes.
(b) You shall not misuse the Site by (i) using multiple email addresses to create multiple user accounts; (ii) modifying your email address to misrepresent your identity to create multiple user accounts; (iii) using the same email address to misrepresent your identity to create multiple user accounts. We reserve the right to terminate your user account(s) if you are found to misuse the site.
7.2 Formation of a Contract
(a) The information set out in the Terms and Conditions and the details contained on this Site do not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat. No Contract in respect of any Products shall exist between you and us until we have shipped the Products to your address.
(b) To submit an Order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the Site. After this you will receive an Order Confirmation which will act as an acknowledgement of your Order.
(c) An Order is only considered accepted by us upon your Order being shipped to the delivery address provided by you.
(d) A Contract will relate only to those Products which we deliver to you. If your Order consists of more than one Product, the Products may be delivered to you in separate packages at separate times.
7.2 Price and Payment
Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Site are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it.
(a) Where applicable, prices are inclusive of SST and are in Malaysian ringgit. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’.
(b) We are under no obligation to fulfil your Order if the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your Order has been acknowledged by us).
(c) You can pay using any of our payment partners listed on our homepage. Similarly you can pay all or part of the price of your Order using an e-gift card or a promotion discount code.
(d) E-gift cards and promotional discount mode must be entered at the checkout page online only. Physical presentation of vouchers to COCOdry personnel will not be accepted.
(e) To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your Order we will request pre-authorisation on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the Order Confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
(f) Upon authorisation of the payment, by clicking the “Order now” button you are confirming that the card belongs to you or that you are the legitimate holder of the e-gift card or the promotional voucher, and have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Product.
7.3 Purchase of Packages
If you have purchased any of our packages (anything on our COCOpackages menu, credits inclusive) in store or online, you are also subjected to these Terms and Conditions.
All purchases of packages or credits after May 2021( not inclusive of ongoing Unlimited Package Holders) have and will be subject to the expiry date of 2 years after the date of purchase.
In the case of any Lockdowns( MCO, EMCO, RMCO ) in Malaysia, all package expiry dates will be extended according to the duration of lockdown the country has been imposed with. This is in compliance with the government’s announcements on standard operating procedures (SOPS) on how COCOdry physical salons ( Bangsar , Publika & Platinum Park ) are not allowed to operate until further updates from the government.
(a) All packages purchased are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash and not transferable to other packages
(b) Package holders will be entitled for ONE (1) Birthday “Tai Tai Life” Hair Wash which can be redeemed during his/her birthday month ( must redeem within 2 year after the date of purchase )
(c) The ONE(1) Birthday “Tai Tai Life” Hair Wash is only given ONCE for each client, regardless of how many more packages purchased after
(d) Package holders are entitled for 5% off any products purchased at COCOdry

7.4 Placing the order
- Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
- Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. We may accept your offer after we have obtained an authorization from your Credit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not deducting the payable amounts from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
- COCOdry will E-mail you to confirm your product order has been received.
- We are deemed to have accepted your offer, and a corresponding contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and COCOdry only upon those products being dispatched to you, as detailed in the dispatch confirmation E-mail.
COCOdry may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
- The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available.
- Your credit card does not give authorization for the payment of the purchase price.
- You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.
We will issue you an invoice upon successfully confirming payment of your product(s), service or packages. Shipment of said goods will be as per detailed on the ‘FAQ Shipping and Exchange’ page.
8. PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, Master credit card, online banking and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time. We take all reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a registered user, we will securely store your credit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Debiting time of credit cards will be upon successful payment and accepting of your product order.
9.1 You may use promotional codes and e-gift cards while making payment for Products on the Site. Specific details for promotional vouchers and e-gift cards are listed below.
9.2 Promotional codes must be entered at the checkout page online only. Physical presentation of vouchers to COCOdry personnel/Delivery staff will not be accepted.
9.3 In the event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with an e-gift card purchase or redemption of that voucher on the Site, we are entitled to close your Account and/or require a different means of payment.
9.4 We assume no Liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of gift or promotional vouchers.
9.5 In rare cases, COCOdry may at its sole discretion discontinue or cancel any voucher previously issued and will not be responsible for any losses arising therefrom.
9.6 Conditions for the redemption of promotional vouchers:
From time to time we may distribute promotional vouchers that may be used only on the Site, which we will send to you either by email or post:
(a) Promotional vouchers are valid for the specified period stated on the voucher, can only be redeemed once and may not be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers and discounted items.
(b) You may redeem only ONE voucher per promotional campaign. COCOdry reserves the right to cancel any subsequent orders made by you using a voucher of the same promotional campaign.
(c) If you place an Order for a Product less than t he value of the promotional voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.
(d) The credit of a promotional voucher does not accrue interest nor does it have a cash value.
(e) If the credit of a promotional voucher is insufficient for the Order you wish to place, you may make up the difference using one of our accepted payment methods.
(f) For cash vouchers stipulated for a RM xx sum, If you choose to return the product, you will not be refunded the value of the cash voucher. However if you paid partly with your own funds, this portion will be refunded.
9.7 Conditions for the redemption of e-gift cards:
You may purchase e-gift cards for use on the Site by you or other Customers. The conditions in clause 11.7 shall apply to e-gift cards. These e-gift cards will be sent by email.
(a) E-gift cards cannot be used to buy further e-gift cards. E-gift cards may only be purchased through cash, debit card, credit card or PayPal.
(b) The credit of an e-gift cards does not accrue interest nor does it have a cash value.
(c) An order for e-gift cards can be cancelled by contacting us on hello@cocodry.co . A voucher is considered to have been redeemed if it is used as payment in placing an Order.
(d) If the credit of an e-gift cards is insufficient for the Order you wish to make, you may make up the difference using one of our accepted payment methods.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
The products displayed on www.cocodry.co can be ordered and delivered only within West and East Malaysia. Products displayed on the Site may be available in selected COCOdry salons. All prices displayed on the Sites are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are valid and effective only in Malaysia.
- COLOUR INFORMATION
While we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
- DELIVERY
11.1 We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation).
11.2 We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
11.3 Upon delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You may contact COCOdry Customer Service Team at hello@cocodry.co in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the Product, upon request.
11.4 Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
11.5 We deliver in our standard packaging.
11.6 All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract (for e.g. see 7.8 below), risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product. Any breach of obligations by you, might impact your ability to shop on COCOdry in the future.
11.7 If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
11.8 If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within one week of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
(a) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
(b) no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the Contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees as provided for in clause 7.8 (a) above).
You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
11.9 In event there exists a conflict of total cart size which entitles free shipping, the value on website shall prevail.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
12.1 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The Product shall be un-used, Product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable).
12.2 All items must be received by COCOdry in order for a customer to be eligible for store credits or replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.
12.3 Any refund will be refunded to your COCOdry account wallet as store credits. There will be NO CASH REFUND allowed.
12.4. Refund will be made to your store wallet within the next 14 working days.
12.5 You may process returns through your nearest post office. We do not honour any walk-in returns.
12.6 Your returned Products are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within fourteen (14) days after your purchase. We will exchange or refund you via store credit which you may utilize for your next purchase. In the event you prefer to be refunded by different means please email our Customer Service Team at hello@cocodry.co and we will try our best to assist you.
- FAULTY PRODUCTS
13.1 All Product descriptions, information and materials posted on this Site are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
13.2 Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive.
13.3 If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the Product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
9.4 Upon receipt of the Products, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as practicable.
13.5 COCOdry may at its discretion refuse to process a replacement/exchange order however may offer a refund as a substitute remedy subject to clause 13.
13.6 In the event the Product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
- CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
14.1 We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of a Contract attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation:
(a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
(d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
(e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks
(f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government, shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, failure or accidents.
14.2 In the circumstance that the Force Majeure event lasts for more than one week, either you or we may terminate the Contract forthwith by written notice and without any Liability other than a refund of a Product already paid for by you and not delivered.
14.3 If we have Contracted to provide identical or similar Products to more than one Customer and are prevented from fully meeting our obligations to you by reason of a Force Majeure event, we may decide at our absolute discretion which Contracts we will perform and to what extent.
14.4 We reserve absolute discretion on the solution we adopt in fully meeting our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
15.1 All content included in or made available through our Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, campaign titles and data compilations is the property of COCOdry or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by COCOdry and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
15.2 In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through the Site are trademarks of COCOdry in Malaysia and other countries. COCOdry's trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by COCOdry, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits COCOdry. All other trademarks not owned by COCOdry that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
15.3 Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.
15.4 You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or our licensors. In the event COCOdry becomes aware of any infringement of its intellectual property rights, it shall not refrain from taking any relevant legal action.
15.5 If you print, copy or download any part of our Site in breach of these Terms and Conditions, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by COCOdry or its licensors.
