We totally get that life happens—but to keep things fair for our stylists and other guests, here’s how our cancellation policy works:

If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours before your scheduled time or don’t show up, your RM25 deposit will be forfeited. Why? Because last-minute cancellations or no-shows leave empty slots that could’ve gone to someone else, and our stylists miss out on commission too. (It’s kinda like booking a class on ClassPass—spots are limited, and every one counts!)

For group appointments, your card will be charged RM25 per guest who cancels with less than 12 hours’ notice or doesn’t show up. This helps us plan ahead and take care of our team’s time.

In the rare event that we need to cancel or move your appointment (due to unforeseen circumstances), we’ll reach out as soon as possible and reschedule for a time that works best for you.
