Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using https://shop.cocodry.co ("the Site") operated by GO LIVELY SDN. BHD. ("us", "we," or "our") and for participation in services or activities at our physical outlets ("Facility"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and participation in activities at our Facility.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner—including browsing, booking, or purchasing products or services—you agree to be bound by these Terms. By attending any appointments or using services or amenities at our Facility, you also agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
2. SERVICE TERMS & POLICIES
Booking & Cancellation
Appointments must be made via our website or in person.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeiture of your RM25 deposit.
For group bookings, your card will be charged for each guest who cancels with less than 12 hours’ notice or does not show up.
We value our stylists' time—last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent other clients from booking and affect commission-based earnings for our team.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your session.
Package Use
Packages are valid for 2 years from purchase date.
Credits and packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable (except where sharing is allowed).
Redemption of the Birthday “Tai Tai Life” Hair Wash is limited to once per customer, per birthday year, within the validity period.
Personal Belongings
COCOdry is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while at our Facility.
3. FACILITY RULES
Treat our staff and other customers with kindness and respect.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of substances or who behaves inappropriately.
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
We practice strict appointment-based service; walk-ins are subject to availability.
4. REFUND POLICY
All payments made for services, packages, or products are strictly non-refundable.
Any refund exceptions (due to service issues or errors) will be considered at our sole discretion.
You also release COCOdry from any liability arising from theft, loss, or damage of personal property while at our premises.
